Portman Square 1813

Portman history with Assure Property

Portman Square was built between 1765 and 1784 on land belonging to Henry William Portman.

It has been home to dukes, earls, writers and politicians. Alexander Duff, 1st Duke of Fife, maintained his London home at No. 15 Portman Square.
